We know we won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s okay. Finding the right fit matters more than finding the fastest yes. Choosing a salon shouldn’t feel rushed. If you receive an offer immediately, it can be a great moment to pause, reflect, and really evaluate whether the environment, expectations, and support align with what you want long term. That belief shapes how we hire: • We start with a DM conversation and may follow up with a short form so we can understand where you’re at and what you’re looking for. • We connect in person so you can experience the space, meet the team, and get a feel for how we work. • We talk openly about skill, communication, and growth in a supportive way. • Before any offer is made, we provide a clear job description so expectations and growth paths are fully understood. • We always encourage time to think things through before deciding. • Once alignment feels clear on both sides, we move forward with intentional onboarding.
