What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to support for the owner and team, helping the salon run seamlessly day to day.

  • Greet and check in guests, making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

  • Manage scheduling flow and client communication through our booking system.

  • Keep stylists supported by staying a step ahead and keeping the day on track.

  • Oversee retail: stocking, organizing, and assisting with orders and inventory.

  • Ensure the salon environment stays polished, welcoming, and client-ready.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, shifting easily as priorities change.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in hospitality, events, salons or restaurants (a huge plus).

  • Polished and professional, with an interest in beauty and fashion.

  • Organized, tech-savvy, and quick to learn.

  • Calm, confident presence who can multitask and adapt.

  • A genuine love for people and creating an elevated client experience.

Position Details

  • Part-Time: TBD

  • Pay Range: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

  • Future Growth: This is currently a part-time role, but as our team and client base continue to grow, there is potential for this position to expand into a more permanent, full-time role with additional responsibilities.
