Salon Coordinator : Grand Noir Salon

Grand Noir is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Salon Coordinator to help support salon operations, marketing initiatives, inventory management, and guest experience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, communication, hospitality, and helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Operations

- Manage ordering and organization of retail and back bar inventory

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting

- Ensure products are stocked, priced, and charged correctly

- Assist with weekly inventory reconciliation

Marketing & Promotions

- Support social media planning and content scheduling

- Coordinate promotional campaigns and email marketing

- Assist with retail promotions and salon events


Guest Experience & Communication

- Support front desk operations and client communication through Mangomint

- Assist guests with retail recommendations and purchases

- Maintain clear communication between clients, stylists, and leadership

- Help uphold the elevated experience Grand Noir is known for

Position Details

  • Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (opportunity to grow into a full-time position)

  • Pay Range: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

  • Future Growth: This is currently a part-time role, but as our team and client base continue to grow, there is potential for this position to expand into a more permanent, full-time role with additional responsibilities.
