For those who sat in my chair back when it was just me in a suite, you helped lay the foundation that allowed us to grow into the storefront and the team we have today. To the stylists — we’re so grateful for each of you ☺️🤍 Your dedication, growth, the care …and especially the TALENT you bring to clients make this place what it is. We’re thankful for every stylist who has been part of our journey, whether they were here for a season or are still here with us. Each person has helped shape where we are today. To the people behind the scenes — the ones who keep things moving when no one’s watching, our salon industry coaches who pour into us, and the manual labor of love that keeps this place standing. If you’ve ever seen John around the salon, he has helped quietly and consistently for the last two years. If you’ve caught my husband, Will, working in the background or after hours. All the compliments about how clean our salon is are because of my mom, who comes in monthly to help us. And personally — I’m grateful for the steady energy we’ve all brought into this place, for the smiles on long days, the laughter that gets us through the busy ones, and the way we always come back to what we love most… hair and people. Welcome, Sterling! We’re so excited to have her join us for her externship and begin her journey inside the Artist Academy here. She’ll be learning, growing, and shadowing our team as she builds her foundation behind the chair. A little about her: She has always loved doing hair and is jumping into the industry with so much heart. Sterling loves creating lived-in color, blonding, and soft layered looks. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find her with her wild doggo, her cats, or spending time with her family. Help us give her a warm welcome as she starts this next step! 🖤✨ @hairbysterls
