And personally — I’m grateful for the steady energy we’ve all brought into this place, for the smiles on long days, the laughter that gets us through the busy ones, and the way we always come back to what we love most… hair and people. Welcome, Sterling! We’re so excited to have her join us for her externship and begin her journey inside the Artist Academy here. She’ll be learning, growing, and shadowing our team as she builds her foundation behind the chair. A little about her: She has always loved doing hair and is jumping into the industry with so much heart. Sterling loves creating lived-in color, blonding, and soft layered looks.
